Welcome home, St. Louis County. 

Community members of the largest geographic county in Minnesota have developed the Heading Home St. Louis County 10-year plan to end homelessness. Over 100 volunteers from the community donate in-kind work hours toward the implementation of the plan to provide everyone a home. 

The scope of homelessness is vast within our diverse community. From the streets of Duluth to the rural areas of the Iron Range - homelessness takes on a unique look within our community. In our efforts to close the door on homelessness - we continue our work in developing an all encompassing county-wide approach to provide housing, support services, and outreach to all of our community members.   

Heading Home Saint Louis County is a part of Heading Home Minnesota, a statewide initiative to end homelessness.
